1.   Christoph Bader, executive pastry chef at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Pasadena, Calif. has ordered chocolate creations such as football helmets for a Super Bowl event.

2.   Equally compelling was the spirited demonstration by Wayne Brachman, the executive pastry chef of Mesa Grill.

3.   The elaborate cake was designed by the pastry kicthen team, led by the executive pastry chef Karamir Godrei of the Crown Princess Kuala Lumpur.

4.   The hotel executive pastry chef and his seven-member team worked day and night for a month, which resulted in a masterpiece of intricate designs.
