1.   Claudia Schneider is charged with one count of failing to disclose bankruptcy and has also been held in Miami since May.

2.   Schneider faces five counts of fraudulently obtaining bank loans for building projects and one count of failing to disclose bankruptcy.

3.   Both Schneiders also face a charge of failure to disclose bankruptcy.

4.   But the bankruptcy was never disclosed, nor was it required to be disclosed by state officials.

5.   Schneider had previously been charged with three other offenses of fraud related to properties in Frankfurt and Berlin, and one of failure to disclose bankruptcy.

6.   The bankruptcies were disclosed in a company filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
