1.   Paramilitary police in the eastern Anatolian province of Van detained the migrants, the Anatolia news agency said.

2.   Police detained all migrants in the western province of Balikesir, south of Istanbul, the Anatolia news agency said.

3.   Anatolia did not say when the migrants were detained.

4.   By mid-afternoon Wednesday, three migrants had been detained, the Border Patrol said.
