1.   Diane Armitage of Decatur, Texas, saw our request for a gluten-free recipe to duplicate refrigerated crescent rolls and sent the following note.

2.   Then, folding cheese in half, roll up tightly, stretching dough and rolling toward point, like a crescent roll.

3.   Unroll one package of crescent rolls and press the seams together to form one large rectangle.

4.   Unroll second package of crescent rolls and lay on top.
