1.   Al Avila, president of the Board of Animal Regulation Commission, is not surprised that coyote sightings in the Valley are up.

2.   From Ventura Boulevard to Rinaldi Street, residents have called city officials to report coyote sightings.

3.   Since the first incident Sunday, Scottsdale police have seen an increase in calls from worried residents reporting coyote sightings.

4.   There have been other live coyote sightings in Van Cortlandt Park and even in Riverdale, a section of large homes, according to Castro.
