3.   As the warmer air encounters a jet-stream disturbance moving southeastward from Missouri, clouds will rapidly develop in the Tennessee Valley with a few thunderstorms possible.

4.   As moist air in contact with the hot ground rises, puffy cumulus clouds will develop by late morning.

5.   A flow of mild air into Texas will cause clouds to develop along the coast.

6.   A few clouds will develop over the peaks of the northern Rockies.

7.   A few clouds will also develop during the afternoon over the Adirondacks and the mountains of northern New England.

8.   Abundant sunshine will reign near the ocean, but some puffy clouds will develop across the northern Appalachians.

9.   Across the interior Northeast, sunshine and valley fog will start the day and puffy clouds will develop during the afternoon.

10.   Across the Southeast, some puffy clouds will develop by late Saturday morning.
