1.   Katherine Culton saw our request for cinnamon muffins and sent this recipe from a South Texas church cookbook.

2.   She and Matt remained active at Redlands United Methodist Church and she helped organize a church cookbook to raise money for a building project.

3.   The reason church cookbooks are so valuable is clearly outlined in the introduction to the official cookbook of St. Barbara Orthodox Church in Fort Worth.

4.   With lists of what foods the people prepare well, and a small church cookbook, the committee often does the post-funeral luncheon.
