1.   I serve the burgers on a slice of brioche, because I find most burger buns too soft.

2.   Shape long loaves for French bread, make dinner rolls, or pizza crust, bread sticks, burger buns or what have you.

3.   To serve, spoon barbecue mixture over burger buns and top with coleslaw.

4.   Throw away the greasy bottom half of the burger bun and replace it with the bottom from your side-order bun.

5.   To serve, spoon barbecue mixture over half of toasted burger buns.
