1.   Drawing inspiration from the basketball moms, Cassandra Sneed Ogden, mother of Baltimore Ravens lineman Jonathan Ogden, started the Professional Football Players Mothers Association earlier this year.

2.   I was sitting in the bleachers with several other basketball moms early one Saturday morning as our teenage sons took part in a clinic.

3.   While comforting one another is a major goal, the basketball moms are more than a social group.

4.   With three young children, McPeters is also a T-ball mom, a basketball mom, a karate mom and a dance mom.
