3.   European Community foreign ministers have recalled their ambassadors from the Yugoslav capital, Belgrade and demanded the withdrawal of their occupying forces in Bosnia-Herzogovina.

4.   Ambassadors from European countries held a meeting here on Monday to discuss steps that they might take to help dissuade Pakistan from nuclear testing.

5.   Ambassadors from Nigeria, South Korea and Turkey also spoke at the ceremony, which included members of Congress and the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
