1.   One faction allied with Johnson, the misnamed Liberia Peace Council, holds much of eastern Liberia.

2.   The breakaway faction is allied with the Burmese government.

3.   The barracks have been held by ethnic Krahn fighters whose factions are allied with warlord Roosevelt Johnson.

4.   The factions are now allied with the government.

5.   The Wahdat, a pro-Iranian Shiite faction earlier allied with Hekmatyar, has done likewise.
