71.   Fernando was arrested just after midnight Friday and charged with first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree attempted rape and first-degree unlawful imprisonment.

72.   Georges was questioned several years ago on attempted rape charges, and his genetic fingerprints were kept in a DNA databank.

73.   Fuller was cleared of three other charges, including attempted rape and obstruction of justice.

74.   He pleaded innocent to six counts of rape, one of attempted rape, one of forcible sodomy, several counts of cruelty toward a subordinate and indecent assault.
