51.   Remove the bowl from the mixer and use a rubber spatula to finish mixing the batter until thoroughly combined.

52.   Process until finely minced, scraping down sides with a rubber spatula once or twice if necessary.

53.   Remove bowl and stir with small rubber spatula until smooth.

54.   Remove bowl and stir with wooden spoon or a rubber spatula until smooth.

55.   Remove bowl from mixer and use a large rubber spatula to stir in flour mixture by hand.

56.   Remove the skillet and, using a rubber spatula, scrape the anchovies into the tomato mixture.

57.   Remove bowl from mixer and stir with the rubber spatula to make sure everything is thoroughly combined.

58.   Remove the bowl from the mixer and use a rubber spatula to finish mixing the dough until thoroughly combined.

59.   Scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula.

60.   Scrape the batter over the fruit in the pan and smooth the surface with a rubber spatula.
