41. Add enough water to come just beneath the steamer or rack and bring to a full boil over high heat. 42. Add oil to a medium-size saute pan over high heat. 43. Add shredded pork and stir-fry over high heat, stirring constantly, until pieces change color and separate. 44. Add stock slowly, constantly whisking over high heat, until thickened. 45. Add the broccoli rabe and potato to the garlic mixture and set the pan over high heat. 46. Add the carrots, and saute over high heat until they are lightly browned on all sides. 47. Add the chicken, skin-side down, and brown over high heat. 48. Add the leeks and carrots, and stir fry lightly over high heat. 49. Add the mushrooms and saute over medium-high to high heat until they have browned slightly. 50. Add the stock and bring to a boil over high heat. |
