31.   Four ex-prisoners graphically told a UN tribunal Tuesday of the horror and harrowing depravity they suffered under alleged Serb war criminal and camp commander Dragan Nikolic.

32.   He added that the camp commander always found trivial excuses to hit Moslem prisoners.

33.   Amongst themselves, the prisoners speak in low voices, though camp commanders recognize that such conversations are unlikely to always be about the weather and their daily rations.

34.   Colonel Prosper Nabi, the camp commander said the rebel threats left him cold.

35.   UN prosecutors are applying for an international arrest warrant against the camp commander.

36.   Lawyers for the former camp commander say he was kidnapped from Yugoslavia and brought to Bosnia.

37.   The camp commander grudgingly consented to allow the visitors to enter the camp.
