1.   Serb commanders have offered Moslem civilians safe passage out of eastern Bosnia.

2.   Aside from the dispute over a resolution, the Serb commanders are reportedly pressing NATO to keep the ethnic Albanian Kosovo Liberation Army from attacking the withdrawing Serb forces.
