27.   An icy mixture will fall in central and northern parts of New York and New England early Tuesday as low pressure races northeast along the Atlantic seaboard.

28.   An offshore low pressure zone will send clouds and thundershowers toward eastern North Carolina.

30.   An area of low pressure along the front will bring blizzard conditions to Minnesota and Wisconsin, where up to a foot of snow is expected by later Thursday.
