21. Remove chicken from buttermilk and roll in bread crumb mixture. 22. Reserve remaining crumb mixture. 23. Remove one-quarter cup of this crumb mixture and set aside to sprinkle on top of the cupcakes just before they bake. 24. Sprinkle liberally with the crumb mixture, pressing it on to form a crust. 25. Spread crumb mixture evenly in pan, pressing gently with back of fork to form crust. 26. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over top. 27. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the berries. 28. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. 29. Spread basil-bread crumb mixture across a baking sheet. 30. Sprinkle a third of crumb mixture over the bottom of the springform pan. |
