21.   The judge agreed, and barred prosecutors from mentioning them in opening statements.

22.   The Supreme Court has barred government prosecutors from filing any case against Estrada in court until Friday.

23.   Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic has barred the prosecutor, Canadian judge Louise Arbour, from investigating alleged massacres in Kosovo.
