21.   International arbitrators decided Friday to put off a final decision on who should control Brcko until March next year, leaving the town for now in Bosnian Serb hands.

22.   Even after arbitrators have decided on the level of retaliation that the EU is justified in taking, Brussels still has the option of whether to impose the measures.

23.   The arbitrators decided that the only appropriate punishment for transfer irregularities should be a fine and the matter will be considered by a new FA Commission on Tuesday.

24.   The Federation says that whatever the arbitrators decide, the Moslems and Croats forced out of Brcko must be given back their homes.
