11.   Season chicken with your favorite seasoning salt or salt and pepper.

12.   Season chicken with poultry seasoning and place in baking pan.

13.   Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste, place in bowl and rub with mixture.

14.   Wash, dry and season chicken generously inside and out with rub.
