11. Clusters of cloudiness and showers moved through east and northeast sections of Puerto Rico this morning to produce mostly cloudy skies with light to moderate rainfall. 12. Mostly cloudy skies with scattered showers were observed across the northern U.S. Virgin Islands and northeast sections of Puerto Rico during the morning hours. 13. Northeast sections of the island could see showers slightly more numerous through sunrise before becomming isolated. 14. Presently the east and northeast sections of puerto rico appear most susceptible to flash flooding. 15. Radar indicated isolated light showers moving rapidly westward across the northeast sections. 16. Scattered showers will continue to affect us tonight with north and northeast sections of our islands seeing the most numerous shower activity. 17. Scattered showers are possible across the area mainly at night or in the morning over the northeast section of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. 18. Some of these showers moved west into northeast sections of Puerto Rico with brief heavy rain and gusty winds. 19. The morning hours elapsed relatively quiet across Puerto Rico with only isolated showers over the east and northeast sections of the island. 20. The radius of hurricane force winds extends out to the east and northeast sections of Puerto Rico, Culebra and close to St. Thomas. |
