11.   Sand it to roughen the finish, and use an exterior latex primer, and finish with any kind of house paint.

12.   Then use a latex primer as well as a latex house paint because latex paints are less likely to peel when there is a moisture problem.

13.   Use a latex primer containing zinc oxide.
