11.   Fill body cavity with bread crumb mixture.

12.   Once egg is covered, roll it in the bread crumb mixture and smooth it back into shape so that it still resembles an egg.

13.   Pat the crumb mixture into the ring molds.

14.   Pat top of each fillet with bread crumb mixture.

15.   Pour the melted butter into the crumb mixture.

16.   Pour over crumb mixture.

17.   Press remaining crumb mixture in bottom of greased pan.

18.   Pour into crust and top with remaining crumb mixture.

19.   Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the pan.

20.   Remove cup of this crumb mixture, and set aside to sprinkle on top of the cupcakes just before they bake.
