14.   A coastal flood warning is effect from Camuy to Rio Grande for this afternoon.

15.   A coastal flood warning is in effect from Camuy through Arecibo and from San Juan east to Fajardo and then eastward to St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands.

16.   A coastal flood watch and a heavy surf advisory are in effect for the remainder of the north and northwest coast.

17.   A coastal flood watch and a heavy surf advisory continue in effect for all northern and northeastern coasts of Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

18.   A coastal flood watch has thus been issued for these areas with a heavy surf advisory also in effect for the U.S. Virgin islands.

19.   A coastal flood watch is in effect for all the U.S. Virgin Islands.
