11.   Add chicken pieces reserved from stock.

12.   Add chicken pieces, if using, and chopped cilantro and cook a minute more.

13.   Add chocolate pieces and stir together just until blended.

14.   Add avocado pieces and process just until blended.

15.   Add chicken pieces and toss to mix.

16.   Add fish pieces, and toss until well coated.

17.   Add squid pieces and shake to coat.

18.   Add the pieces to the saucepan, mixing them in well.

19.   Add chicken pieces and cook until brown.

20.   Add lobster pieces, and sear them over high heat, turning often, until the shells are bright red.
