11. Add peppers to food processor, and process to a paste, scraping bowl as needed. 12. Add peppers, cut side down and cook just long enough for edges to brown, Turn over. 13. Add the pepper. 14. Add garlic pepper to taste. 15. Add peppers and saute until they begin to brown. 16. Add the peppers, and saute until the onions are golden and the peppers are soft. 17.
