11.   Add cream and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

12.   Add cream if you wish.

13.   Add cream of coconut and bring to a simmer.

14.   Add cream through feed tube and process just until blended.

15.   Add cream, and season with salt and white pepper to taste.

16.   Add cream, increase heat, and bring to a simmer.

17.   Add heavy cream and beat well.

18.   Add heavy cream and stir well.

19.   Add more cream if mixture seems too dry.

20.   Add the cream, and bring back to a boil.
