11. Add the anchovies, and allow them to cook for a minute before adding the tomato, saffron water, currants and pine nuts. 12. Add anchovies and mash into dressing until well blended. 13. Add anchovies to chopped mixture and break up a little by chopping. 14. Add the anchovies and crush to form a paste. 15. Add the anchovies, breaking up the fish with a spoon, and saute a few minutes longer, until blended. 16. Remove from heat, add anchovies and season with salt and pepper to taste. |
