11.   Viewing this film, I imagine, is like magically combining Mardi Gras with a Las Vegas show and taking it all in while on an acid trip.

12.   While the acid trip fails to reveal much about the characters, at least it shows how special effects have advanced since druggy hallucinations last mattered on screen.
