1. Once chips are smoking, place turkey on rack, over chips. 2. Park officials considered placing the turkeys under protective netting but that was nixed because they wanted to preserve a more natural state for the birds. 3. Place cleaned turkey in pot. 4. Place ground turkey in a large bowl and, working with your hands, separate it. 5. Place the turkey in the center of the grill over the drip pan. 6. Place the turkey on a roasting rack and put into the pan. 7. Place turkey over drip pan. 8. Place turkey, breast side down, on V-shaped rack in roasting pan. 9. Place the turkey, breast side up, on a rack in the roasting pan. 10. Place turkey, breast side up, on rack in roasting pan. |
