1. Add the onion to the pan, stirring well to mix with any flour left at the bottom of the pan. 2. Add the onion, crushed garlic, mushrooms, chives and red wine and season with salt and pepper. 3. Drain off fat and add onions to simmering beef. 4. As the eggplants are cooling, heat the oil in the bottom of a large pot over a medium flame and add the onion. 5. A minute later, add onions, along with a generous pinch of salt and some pepper. 6. A minute later, add onion. 7. Add chopped onion to salsa mixture and salt and pepper to taste. 8. Add diced onion and stir. 9. Add green onions and cook a few seconds. 10. Add onion and saute until golden brown. |
