1.   Find the billing.mdb file and copy it to a floppy or Zip disk in case you need it later.

2.   It can be to a floppy or Zip disk.

3.   Other options include backing up to a recordable compact disc or even just making copies of vital documents on diskettes or Zip disks.

4.   To back up the file, simply save it to another place on your hard drive, or to a floppy or Zip disk.
