1. A healthy breakfast is served, consisting of home-made muesli, live yogurt, wholemeal bread and free-range eggs. 2. All the slimmer has to do is to add a daily allocation of skimmed milk and a slice of wholemeal bread. 3. Eat plenty of wholefoods, such as wholemeal bread, rice and pasta, sugar-free cereals, porridge, nut pulses and seeds. 4.
