1.   Top the mixture with the remaining bread crumbs.

2.   Arrange remaining bread strips crosswise atop bananas.

3.   Arrange the remaining bread on top.

4.   Add remaining bread cubes and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

5.   Cook the remaining breads, stacking the breads on top of one another.

6.   Cover with remaining bread cut to fit and top with remaining cheese.

7.   Dip cakes into remaining bread crumbs and saute in butter until heated through.

8.   Divide mixture among ramekins, and sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs.

9.   Gradually add enough of the remaining bread flour to make a soft dough that you can handle and pick up in a big ball.

10.   Place remaining bread slices on top of cheese and ham.
