If you are using larger potatoes, cut them into quarters, then cut the half-moons in half. 6. Make as many layers as needed to use all potatoes. 7. Repeat process until all potatoes are used, ending with a layer of cheese. 8. Some use potatoes for filler, others add oats. 9. The greening causes a bitter flavor, so cut out any green spots before using potatoes. 10. Using leftover potatoes is limited only by your imagination. |
