1.   Grilled tuna steaks are red meat from the sea.

2.   Look for fresh sardines, tuna steaks and king prawns, or use some more exotic varieties such as parrot fish or snappers.

3.   Remove from heat and let rest in pan until the tuna steaks have been grilled.
