1.   Similar values have been reported for tumour tissue.

2.   DNA ploidy was analysed by flow cytometry on nuclei isolated from paraffin embedded tumour tissue.

3.   Formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tumour tissue was prepared and stained for flow cytometric analysis according to the slightly modified procedure described by Hedley et al.
