1. As soon as you see signs of browning, transfer the nuts to a plate and cool. 2. Remove from oven and place pan on a rack to cool completely before transferring nuts to an airtight storage container or gift boxes. 3. Remove pan from heat and transfer the nuts to a cookie sheet. 4. Transfer nuts to a sheet of waxed paper. 5. Transfer the nuts to a bowl and let them cool. 6. Transfer nuts to a small bowl and set aside. |
