1.   Officer Springirth is generally posted on village streets to slow traffic and often, a live officer is lurking a block or two away with a speed detection device.

2.   At his post-Cabinet briefing with reporters on Wednesday, Dr Ling said no deadline will be given to bus companies to instal black boxes which are speed control devices.
