1.   An assistant slices the roll, puts it in a plastic box and adds a tiny packet of soy sauce and an inch of fake grass.

2.   Meanwhile, slice the rolls in half horizontally.

3.   Slice the rolls, and put the turkey burgers on them, if desired.

4.   Then slice roll in sections between cord.

5.   For each serving, three rolls are sliced into three lengths.
