1.   Any extra sauce can be served separately.

2.   Blend in the parsley and serve this sauce spooned onto the meat, or from a small bowl to add to individual portions.

3.   Adjust seasoning and serve sauce spooned on top of polenta.

4.   If you plan to serve the sauce on the side at the table, separate a portion of it so it never comes in contact with the raw meat.

5.   More barbecue sauce is served on the side.

6.   Serve sauce over chicken.
