1.   Add whipped cream to ricotta mixture and mix well.

2.   Add candied fruits, nuts and chocolate to ricotta mixture, and gently fold in egg whites.

3.   Alternately layer noodles, ricotta cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese and sauce, forming two layers.

4.   Fold cream into ricotta mixture.

5.   Place a warm towel around bowl of ricotta mixture to help release cassata.

6.   Repeat layers of pasta, ricotta mixture and sauce.

7.   Spread ricotta mixture in pan, smoothing surface.

8.   Stir beaten egg mixture into ricotta mixture and blend until smooth.

9.   Spoon ricotta mixture into phyllo cups and top with berries.

10.   Spread remaining ricotta mixture evenly over noodles.
