In the wake of the storm, residual moisture will cause clouds to linger in the eastern Great Lakes and central Appalachians. 8. In the West, residual moisture from Tropical Storm Flossie will heighten the chance of thundershowers in Arizona and New Mexico. 9. Interior California and southwest Arizona will stay torrid while residual moisture in the lower portions of the atmosphere fuels isolated thunderstorms in southeast Arizona and southern New Mexico. 10. Jet stream winds should guide residual moisture into the western Ohio Valley. |
