1.   Andrzej Przytkla, a bricklayer who was working in the building, said that before the collapse, he and other workers were replacing bricks in a weak wall.

2.   Balloons have replaced bricks.

3.   A broken brick must be replaced.

4.   In addition to replacing bricks, contractors are replacing lintels and repointing the mortar on much of the building.

5.   So forget the sealing and be content with replacing the bricks.

6.   The original brick will be replaced with a white limestone and glass facade.

7.   To replace a brick, chip out the mortar with a cold chisel and hammer.

8.   You can replace each brick, one at a time, by chipping it and the mortar out, and mortaring in a new brick.

9.   The construction crew was replacing bricks and working on windows when the facade tumbled into the courtyard of the building, authorities said.
