1.   At the same time, he announced that the United States was providing millions of dollars in additional relief and reconstruction aid for Palestinians.

2.   Clinton and Chirac, however, agreed that Belgrade should not receive reconstruction aid as long as Milosevic remains in power.

3.   Clinton repeated pledges of reconstruction aid for Albania, Macedonia and other nations that have borne the tide of refugees from Kosovo.
