1.   Bhuj has no water or electricity, and there seems little prospect of its getting much of either for weeks.

2.   On the freight side, until the Charterail debacle, immediate prospects seemed more favourable.

3.   The prospect of peace seems remote.

4.   There seemed little prospect of any great Decrease in unemployment.

5.   Capital invests where prospects for accumulation seem relatively promising and disinvests from areas and regions where prospects for profitability are less promising.
