A complex storm system will promote widespread clouds and precipitation from the Plains states to the East Coast. 3. A moist air stream from the southeast will promote clouds and drizzle in the lower Rio Grande Valley. 4. A return flow of humid air into south Texas will promote clouds which will spread toward Louisiana and Arkansas. 5. A weak jet stream disturbance from Canada will promote clouds in the Northern Plains. 6. Cool, moist air will promote abundant clouds across parts of the Ohio Valley and Great Lakes. 7. Cool northerly winds will promote clouds in the eastern Plains. 8. Cool, moist air will flow into the northern Plains and Rockies, promoting widespread clouds. 9. Elsewhere, onshore breezes will promote clouds near the Northwest coast while abundant sunshine and seasonable warmth covers California. 10. Farther north, a weak disturbance passing through the southern Great Lakes will promote some clouds along with an isolated shower in spots. |
