1.   Gable vents are positioned in the end walls of a house, near the roof.

2.   Position the vent on the peak then fasten it down by driving gasketed roofing nails through the mounting flanges.

3.   Ridge vents are positioned on the roof peak and extend the length of the roof.

4.   Roof vents are positioned directly on the roof.

5.   Soffit vents are positioned in the panels on the underside of the eaves.
