1. If not serving dish immediately, place mushrooms in small baking dish in oven to keep warm. 2. In same skillet, place mushrooms, garlic and mushroom liquid. 3. Meanwhile, place mushrooms in a small bowl. 4. Place mushrooms in small bowl and cover with boiling water. 5. Place the mushrooms in a large bowl and toss with the vinegar, salt, pepper and parsley. 6. Place the mushrooms in a small bowl. 7. Place the mushrooms in a small saucepan and cover with the stock and sherry. 8. Place the mushrooms in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. 9. Place mushrooms in oven to keep warm until ready to assemble the dish. 10. Place the mushrooms gill-side up in a baking pan lined with foil or parchment. |
